Pack 89 held it annual Applebee’s Breakfast Fundraiser on Sunday, January 5, 2020. The scouts had a great time taking order and serving our guests.
At our November Pack Meeting, we were visited by Mayor DelCore. Afterwards, the boys got to see a demonstration from “Freddy” the police dog and a Somerset County SWAT truck
Our Pack collected canned goods for the Hillsborough Community Assistance Network (CAN). In all, the scouts were able to collet 267 items to donate.
Pack 89 held its last weekend hike of the fall at Dukes Farm. Though it was a bit cold, the scouts had a great time exploring Dukes Farm. For more information, please see https://dukefarms.org
Pack 89 held its annual Halloween Party at Hillsborough Elementary. The Scouts and siblings came in costume. There were games, a Jack-O-Lantern contest, a haunted house, and lots and lots and lots of candy. Yum =)…
Pack 89 held a hike at the Sourland Mountain Preserve in Hillsborough. The scouts (and a few siblings) hiked the ridge trail to the top of the mountain. Pack 89 held it first pack meeting of the new scout year. Our guests were the HHS Robo Raider team. While the parents and leader discussed scouting, the Robo Raiders put on a demonstration for the scouts of a Robot they had built.
